Welcome to Rapid Ash Response. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Rapid Ash Response (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) regarding property restoration services.
1. Scope of Services
Rapid Ash Response provides professional restoration services, including fire, water, and mold remediation. All services are performed in accordance with industry standards and the specific work authorization signed by the Client.
2. Preliminary Estimates & Inspections
Any estimates provided online, via email, or over the phone are preliminary and non-binding. Restoration work involves variables that cannot be fully assessed without a physical site visit. Final pricing is subject to a comprehensive on-site inspection and the discovery of hidden conditions (e.g., structural decay or mold behind surfaces).
3. Punctuality, Rescheduling, & Emergencies
We pride ourselves on rapid response; however, arrival times and project schedules are subject to change due to:
- Extreme weather conditions or regional disasters.
- The prioritization of life-safety emergencies.
- Delays in insurance adjuster inspections or municipal permit approvals. We will make every reasonable effort to communicate delays promptly.
4. SMS and Mobile Messaging
By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and transactional text messages from Rapid Ash Response.
- Usage: Messages include appointment reminders, technician ETAs, project updates, and post-completion satisfaction surveys.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Privacy: Mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy; we do not sell your opt-in data.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Rapid Ash Response’s liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for said services. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, environmental conditions beyond the agreed scope of work, or consequential damages resulting from property loss.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Philadelphia, PA.
